Executive Chef
Chef Story
Raised between the spice markets of Marrakech and his family's weekend table, Chef Samir builds each menu around slow Moroccan techniques, seasonal produce, and polished modern plating. His kitchen keeps the warmth of a traditional riad while giving every dish the clarity expected from a contemporary dining room.
Moroccan cooking is generous by nature. Our job is to honor that generosity with patience, fragrance, and a room that makes guests feel looked after.
